We invite all types of professionals with at least 3 years experience to lease with us. That includes estheticians, massage therapists, makeup artists, cosmetologists, lash and brow artists, tattoo artists and more!  To be in compliance of NJ Board of Cosmetology, we require all leasees to hold a cosmetology license corresponding with your specialty. You must be in contact with the New Jersey State Board to obtain your occupancy license. Click the link below for more information.

Yes! You may customize your suite to suit your businesses branding. We just ask that you return it back to its original condition upon leaving. Failure to do so may result in loss of security deposit. 

All cosmetology rooms have glass doors with smart locks and epoxy flooring. They also include high end furniture like a stand behind all in one backwash station, a stylist station with track lighting, an adjustable stylist chair,  work station and plenty of outlets.

Yes, we believe that people with limited mobility deserve easy access to our facilities, so we designed our property to be 100% ADA Compliant.
